Singapore’s forum on animal welfare – necessary first step

Big thanks to ACRES, Cat Welfare Society and Chong Pang residents for taking the first step towards a more compassionate and humane approach for voiceless, defenceless animals in Singapore.

I am very pleased that there will be initiatives to educate our youths on animal welfare. Also great that the forum will be replicated in other constituencies.
